As I said the last time we spoke, I think things are getting better...music,love...the whole way of thinking.
Im calling it MIAMI MODE.
I have to workout, stay focused, and I will achieve my goal by May.15th 8:30am. (when the flight leaves)
Overall, I have to be healthier, Im only 26 and I don't wanna end up like alot of the people who have passed around me, who have had their time and its now passed unfortunately.
Water instead of soda will help.
Salads instead of burgers.
Chicken instead of beef.
Fruit, and alot more exercise.
Cheerios. enuff said.
I also have found my swag again. I admit,it was lost for a lil while there.... Now I can increase it.
